History
Marshall McLuhan, Tetsuo Kogawa, Peter Weibel, Shulea Cheang, Bob Adrian X, On Kawara, Van Gogh TV, STWST-TV etc. started to abstract media to get an outside view. They created a new context, and for me, this created the foundation for intellectual thinking to continue in the digital information age. We are in search of independent information carriers, because without an outsider's perspective, the Internet threatens to become an uncontrollable information medium, a loss of perspective and ultimately a loss of humanity.. Fortunately, the electromagnetic space with its physics still offers the basis for individual positions a carrier medium that contains all layers of this technology. The generation of regular electromagnetic signals means that we can still quietly perceive our human signals separately from the global internet.

Signs of life in electromagnetic space
We have been sending signals into electromagnetic space since 1989. Since 2007, the transmitters have been located on self-sufficient floating islands, boats in Amsterdam, Hamburg, Udine and Linz.
Since 2020, we have been sending a sign of life from Linz via independent media into what is now a machine-based information age. On shortwave with a frequency of 7040kHz and 27245kHz in "Whisper" technology, and from 2021 via the amateur radio satellite ES'Hail QO100 in the near 180 year old FAX format.
